Good Morning! I have written to you before commenting on the fantastic service I received from Shayla and Reza when looking at and deciding upon an apartment at Fairfax Square. Now that I am a tenant I would like to let you know of the amazing service I countinue to receive from your staff.

On Sunday I stopped by your office to get a copy of my lease and Reza Pooladi warmly greeted me. I inquired about the treadmills and he graciously took me for a tour of the gym. He is sincere, thoughful, and extremely professional representative. The level of service he provided and the way in which he delivered it (not rushed but with a personal and caring touch) along with his polite mannerism shines brightly on your organization!

I would also like to praise Speedy from your maintenance team. He has gone out of his way to be friendly and welcoming to me and my two dogs- even giving them treats when we encounter one another in the community. I had 2 repairs that needed to be done in the apartment and he worked with my schedule to get them done when it was most convenient for me! He took care of the repairs, left the apartment as he found it, and left me a note letting me know it was done (on the day and time we had agreed upon). I am SO impressed!

When I moved in I met my neighbor "Ron" who told me he had been at your community for the last 7 years and loved every minute of it. I can see why. The type of service you and your staff offer is second to none Asma!
